This course is a renewal test for the Unlimited Radar Observer renewal for the advanced mariner that does radar plotting on a regular basis. Opening Day on the Bay is an annual celebration of the maritime community on the San Francisco Bay. Join the classic Schooner Freda B for the festivities: blessing of the fleet, parade, and sail. A gourmet picnic lunch is included in the ticket price, and homemade Bloody Marys will be offered at the cash bar! $75 per person.
